My Story
I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2017, with a passion for hands-on work that started long before my career in massage therapy. Creativity and working closely with people have always come naturally to me, leading me through careers in entertainment and aesthetics before ultimately finding my place in massage therapy.
Becoming an RMT was a challenging journey. I’ve always wanted to help people in whatever way felt meaningful to them. I was drawn to massage therapy because it allows me to support those living with pain, chronic illness, and everyday stress in a space where they can feel comfortable, supported, and more at ease in their bodies. Today, I’m grateful to work in a calm, welcoming environment I curated where I can provide meaningful care and connection to my patients.
My treatments are patient-centered. Focusing on working with the body at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable rather than forcing change. Treatments are centered around an individual’s needs and goals, helping with concerns such as:
-
Back, neck, and shoulder pain
-
Headaches and migraines
-
Stress, anxiety, ADHD, and nervous system regulation
-
Shoulder injuries, frozen shoulder, and clavicular strain
-
Chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and disc degeneration
My treatments include a blend of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, passive stretching, traction, and more.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, cared for, and leave feeling better in their bodies.
